Pursuant to the requirement of the Wisconsin Statute Section 19.84, notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Silver Lake Protection and Rehabilitation  District on the 19th day of April, 2011 at 6:45  P.M. to be located at the Town of West Bend Town Hall, 6355 CTH Z, West Bend, WI 53095.

    Call meeting to Order

    Consider approval of the minutes of previous meetings

    Consider approval of the treasurer report

    Review and approve payment of bills

    Appearance of Paul Klein- Washington County Aquatic Invasive Species Director

    Consider approval of new buoy placement

    Consider approval of updated  Boating Regulations with 200 foot no-wake -zone

    PUBLIC HEARING  at 7:30 P.m.

    Discuss other business brought forth for agendas for future meetings

  Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the members of the Town Board of the Town of West Bend will be present at this meeting. Pursuant to State ex Rel v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 408 (1993), such attendance may be considered a meeting of the Town Board or Town Board Committees. This notice is given so that any such quorum may attend the above meeting without violating the open meeting laws. No action will be taken by any such quorum at the above meeting
