Pursuant to the requirement of the Wisconsin Statute Section 19.84, notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Silver Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District on the ^17th day of August, 2010 at 6:45 P.M. to be located at the Town of West Bend Town Hall, 6355 Highway Z, West Bend, Wisconsin 53095.

    Agenda of business is as following:

    1.    Call meeting to order

    2.    Consider Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting

    3.    Consider approval of the treasurer report

4.        Review & consider approval of payment of bills

   5.  Discuss & Consider purchasing high water signs

    6.  Discuss other business brought forth for future meetings

  Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the members of the Town Board of the Town of West Bend will be present at this meeting. Pursuant to State ex Rel v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 408 (1993), such attendance may be considered a meeting of the Town Board or Town Board Committees. This notice is given so that any such quorum may attend the above meeting without violating the open meeting laws. No action will be taken by any such quorum at the above meeting
