Pursuant to the requirements of Wisconsin Statutes Section 19. 84 notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Town of West Bend Plan Commission on the 26th day of August,  2010 at 7:00 P.M. to be located at the Town of West Bend Town Hall, 6355 Hwy Z, West Bend, WI 53095

It is possible that a quorum of the members of the Town Board of the Town of West Bend will be present at this meeting. Pursuant to State ex Rel. v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N. W. 2d 408 (1993) such attendance may be considered a meeting of the Town Board or Town Board Committees. This notice is given that any such quorum may attend the above meeting without violating the open meetings law. No action will be taken by any such quorum at the above meeting.
