Town of West Bend Plan Commission

Pursuant to the requirements of Wisconsin Statutes Section 19. 84 notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Town of West Bend Plan Commission on Wednesday the 8th day of February,  2012 at 7:00 P.M. to be located at the Town of West Bend Town Hall, 6355 Hwy Z, West Bend, WI 53095

Matters of business are as follows:

I.  Order of Business

A. Call meeting to order

B.  Roll Call

C.  Approval of Minutes from January 26, 2012

II. New Business:

A. Discussion and/or action re: Recommendation to Town Board to Authorize Zoning Administrator to issue Conditional Use to Timmers Resort

B. Discussion and/or action re: Recommendation to town Board to issue Conditional Use to Paul & Jeanie Grenau

III.. Old Business

A. Reis Financial- Review and or approval of site plan, landscape plan and grading plans.

IV. Report form the Town engineer

V. Report from the Zoning Administrator

It is possible that a quorum of the members of the Town Board of the Town of West Bend will be present at this meeting. Pursuant to State ex Rel. v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N. W. 2d 408 (1993) such attendance may be considered a meeting of the Town Board or Town Board Committees. This notice is given that any such quorum may attend the above meeting without violating the open meetings law. No action will be taken by any such quorum at the above meeting.
